Zeni Inc. (“we,” “us,” and “our”) takes the private nature of your personal information seriously. This policy regarding our privacy practices (the “Policy”) describes how we treat the information we collect when you use our website (https://zeni.ai (the “Site”)), apps, products, services, and content (including the Site, collectively, the “Zeni Services”).
This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use the Site and the Zeni Services or other features, functions, services, products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. When you visit or use the Site and the Zeni Services, you are consenting to our practices in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy and practices, your only choice is not to use any of the Zeni Services.
This Policy is subject to and made a part of our Terms of Service, including as applicable its requirement to arbitrate disputes and liability limits. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

Minors under the Age of 18
None of the Services are intended for minors under 18 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information on or through the Site or the Zeni Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through any of the Services or any of its features or register or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. The Zeni Services permits customers to share and manage information by uploading and submitting data or content that can be shared, stored, and accessed through the Zeni Services (“Customer Data”). If that Customer Data include personal information, we process any personal information contained in such Customer Data in the role of a processor on behalf of a customer (and/or its affiliates) who is the controller of the personal information. This Policy does not cover Customer Data, including any personal information contained in it. Customers control the nature of Customer Data and are the data controllers, and are required to provide all necessary notices and obtain all necessary consent from any individual. We are a data processor of such Customer Data, which means we only use it as directed by our customers.

Silicon Valley Bank (SVB)
We’re running a pilot for SVB customers to streamline all bookkeeping and accounting functions for these customers. SVB customers might get special discounts with Zeni when they decide to onboard and use the Zeni Services. When SVB customers participate in the Zeni pilot, SVB may have access to your information. We may also share information, including your financial information, with SVB in order to enable them to provide Zeni Services through this special pilot. Such information is maintained by SVB in accordance with its privacy policies.

Storage, Retention and Transfer of Your Information
We may store any information that we collect (personal or otherwise) ourselves or in databases owned and maintained by us, our affiliates, agents, or Service Providers. Use of Google Analytics & Adwords & Other Similar Services
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to, you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
DoubleClick: We may use Google Analytics remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Services.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to and use of certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of any of the Services.
