What we're looking for

You will be a key member of the engineering staff at Pune, India working on our innovative FinTech product that simplifies the domain of finance management

Responsibilities

  • You must be or like to be a Jack of all
  • Use Postman on daily basis to create, maintain and run the test cases
  • Assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability of the Zeni.
  • Sprint wise perform manual testing of Zeni Dashboard until 100% automation is achieved.
  • Looking for ways to prevent the bugs from occurring in first place
  • Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market.
  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from, product management, architects and other colleagues.
  • Fail fast, fix fast. Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
  • Pro-actively look for ways to make Zeni webapp as well as mobile app better
  • Speed, Speed, Speed - must be a performance freak!

Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science.
  • 4 to 8 years of commercial software development experience
  • A creative mindset - and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
  • Hands-on experience in POSTMAN is MUST
  • Hands-on automation experience using POSTMAN is MUST
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the product.
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
  • Good understanding of web technologies
  • Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
  • You know and can admit when something is not great.
  • You can recognise that something you've done needs improvement
  • Startup experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodology
  • Good at maintaining servers and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Google Cloud and/or Google App Engine platforms
