- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration - THIS IS A MUST!
- 6+ years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
- CPA license or Enrolled Agent certification - THIS IS A MUST!
- Experience working with start-ups tax compliances
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
