Product Marketing Manager

Zeni is on a mission to build the world's most advanced CFO-As-A-Service platform, built from the ground up using AI and ML. Built by the founders of Mezi, an AI-powered Travel-As-A-Service platform, you'll be working with a team that has spent the last five years building and scaling one of the most successful human-assisted AI platforms.

What we're looking for

Zeni’s Product Marketing Manager role will drive go-to-market strategy for our core products. You’ll ensure our core product line is successful as the strategic expert when it comes to Zeni’s market and competitive landscape — working closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define and manage our GTM strategy for our products. We are looking for a versatile Product Marketer with an aptitude and experience developing strong positioning, compelling messaging, and product launch plans. You will strategize and help create high-impact content to fuel customer-facing campaigns. We want to talk to you if you are a self-starter who drives action and results and is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution — and you bring a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work.

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert on Zeni’s products
  • You understand the technical ins and outs of how the product works and our product roadmap
  • You flesh out and align our messaging to our key ICP and personas
  • You create compelling messaging, product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, and product launches
  • Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for our product. This includes messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive and market intelligence, and customer adoption.
  • You drive organizational excellence by owning product marketing programs and frameworks to promote Zeni internally and externally.
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customers, campaign analysis, and industry trends.
  • You translate insights into actionable recommendations that promote the company’s business objectives to drive tangible results.

Requirements

About You:

  • You understand great technology products.
  • You have experience working at SaaS B2B companies.
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning.
  • Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how the product works).
  • Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English.
  • You exhibit customer empathy and put the customer’s needs first in everything you do.
  • High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs.
  • Strong communication, presenting, writing skills.
  • You perform well in a fast-paced environment and have the organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Open to remote work.
