Zeni is on a mission to build the world's most advanced CFO-As-A-Service platform, built from the ground up using AI and ML. Built by the founders of Mezi, an AI-powered Travel-As-A-Service platform, you'll be working with a team that has spent the last five years building and scaling one of the most successful human-assisted AI platforms.

What we're looking for

We are looking for people that take quality as a point of pride. Tremendously passionate about technology and product building.  Having a startup DNA is must :-). You will be a key member of the engineering staff at Pune, India working on our innovative FinTech product that simplifies the domain of finance management.

Responsibilities

  • You must be strong in basics of algorithms, software design/architecture, programming paradigms and apply it to solve problems everyday. Be a learn-it-all instead of a know-it-all.
  • Passionate to build modern web app & mobile apps which are class apart inside (i.e. code) and out (i.e. user experience), in the domain of FinTech
  • One who have built great cloud native web apps or mobile apps using React or React Native. Expected to work extensively on modern code base using TypeScript with React + React Native.
  • One who is an efficient collaborator with positive attitude, and works closely with Engineering Team, Product Team, UX Design Team, FinOps Experts.

Requirements

  • B.E. or B. Tech. in Computer Science.
  • 3 - 8yrs of commercial software development experience
  • You have built by hand some impressive, non-trivial, cloud native web applications or mobile applications with  React or React Native.
  • Expert in writing performant, maintainable code in TypeScript or Java Script. Hand-on experience in functional programming is a plus.
  • Strong basic understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns and ability to use them to figure out practical solutions in software. Expertise in multiple programming languages is a plus.
  • Great written communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
  • You know and can admit when something is not great. You can recognize that something you've done needs improvement
  • Contributions to popular open source libraries is a plus. Past participation in Hackathons a plus.
  • Startup experience
