Director of Demand Generation

Zeni is on a mission to build the world's most advanced CFO-As-A-Service platform, built from the ground up using AI and ML. Built by the founders of Mezi, an AI-powered Travel-As-A-Service platform, you'll be working with a team that has spent the last five years building and scaling one of the most successful human-assisted AI platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead Zeni’s Demand Generation team
  • Build strong relationships with team members, and mentor other
  • Build and manage integrated campaigns that drive top and bottom line growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Content to develop exciting live and recorded digital marketing campaigns across the prospect lifecycle
  • Plan and execute high quality end-to-end demand generation campaigns and programs aligning the product roadmap, content, digital and live events, and paid media
  • Drive Demand Generation performance and build a data-driven culture of setting and hitting challenging goals
  • Build impactful programs to drive Zeni’s brand awareness and customer affinity
  • Identify new markets, tests, and marketing tactics to drive business growth  
  • This role reports to Zeni's VP of Marketing Jesse Boland

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time marketing experience
  • 2+ years of CRM (Hubspot preferred) experience
  • 3+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
  • Proven track-record building and executing effective demand generation programs
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience doing data analysis and using visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Data Studio)
  • You understand basics of design, and how to coordinate competing resources
  • Proven experience in effective paid media strategy
  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
  • Experience managing and getting the most out of third party vendors including agencies and contractors  
  • Experience partnering with CS, BDRs, and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
